Director's Notes: Where to begin with this one? I wrote the first draft of this script nearly three years ago and then, horrified with myself, decided to bury it in the writing files of my computer, never intending to show it to anyone. And, yet, I could not bring myself to delete it. When I began making films for The Offline, I went sorting through half-finished sketches and found the script once again. This time, I felt less shame in finding it funny and decided I was ready to pitch it to the other Offliners and see their thoughts. Thankfully, for my conscience's sake, the response was very enthusiastic and so I set about tightening up the script (with tremendous input from Aaron and Stacey) and getting ready for production. With the help of some great friends in some high places and with the most perfect cast and crew imaginable, I was able to overcome the more daunting challenges of the script (I've never felt like more of a "real director" then when I was shooting inside the ambulance) and make what most people tell me is my best film to date. So, it is with the greatest sincerity that I dedicate this film to my brilliant and fearless cast, who gave up every shred of dignity in pursuit of a laugh.
